The name "Verde Grill" takes inspiration from both the restaurant's golf course surroundings as well as its fare. Spanish for the word "green," verde is most often used in reference to the green chili used frequently in the southwestern cuisine.

The Verde Grill menu features an eclectic mix of traditional and modern southwestern and contemporary dishes that will please every palate.
