On Valentines Day 2004, The Verde Grill opened its doors for the first time and there’s no mistake a love affair with this exceptional restaurant was underway. 

The menu, features an eclectic mix of traditional and modern southwestern and contemporary dishes (from flown-fresh Ahi tuna to ribs to the quickly becoming famous three-tiered Trilogy Burger) each dish will please every palate.

Where did we get our name?  The name Verde Grill takes inspiration from both the restaurant's golf course surroundings as well as its fare. Spanish for the word "green," Verde is most often used in reference to the green chili used frequently in the southwestern cuisine.

The moment you step into the Verde Grill you have the opportunity to relax in a comfortable lounge, talk with friends by the sunken bar, or have an elegant dinner in the dining room.  The restaurant boasts two huge double-sided fireplaces that make the ambiance something you need to experience.
